FAQ
Why is no text found in my PDF?
Scanned PDFs and photos of documents store the words as pictures. They need OCR (text recognition), which this tool doesn’t do yet.
Is the layout kept?
Line breaks are kept, but tables, columns and fonts become plain text. It’s best for copying words, quotes and data.
Does it work with Japanese and Korean PDFs?
Yes. Any language stored as real text in the PDF is extracted, and the .txt file is saved as UTF-8.
