FAQ
Is the camera video recorded or sent anywhere?
No. The picture is only shown on this page. Snapshots are created in your browser and saved only when you click Save.
My camera isn’t found or shows black. What can I do?
Close other apps that might be using the camera (Zoom, Teams, another tab), check any privacy shutter or camera key on your laptop, and make sure the browser is allowed under your system’s privacy settings.
Why is the frame rate lower than expected?
Many webcams drop to 15 fps or less in dim light to get a brighter picture. Better lighting, or a lower resolution, usually brings it back to 30 fps.
